Julian Goodwin
Julian qualified as a solicitor and worked at Travers Smith before joining Lazard in 1985. He worked at Lazard, where he was a director, for 15 years and gained a wide experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and corporate restructurings. In 2000 he joined ABN AMRO as a managing director where he spent 7 years in the corporate finance division and in Hoare Govett, the corporate broking business.
